We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard dispatch timeframe is within 2 business days of your final order; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative item, a back-order or a full refund.
Within Australia, we charge a flat rate for shipping. We use Australia Post and other reputable courier services to deliver our products. We will select the best alternative based on the size of the package, the delivery location and delivery cost. We aim to have your order out on the day we receive the order (if received by 12noon) or at least the next day.
We ship worldwide and charge a flat rate for international shipping. Depending on the method of shipping requested and the country of destination, typically, delivery is between 5 – 14 business days. International purchases are exempt from 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Ocean Addiction is not responsible for any of these extra costs. Occasionally the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure which may take up to 4-6 weeks or more. Such events are beyond the control of Ocean Addiction and we cannot accept liability for these delays. To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of the items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are prohibited by law to mark these orders as “gifts”.
Ocean Addiction is able to accept returns or exchanges on any full price items if the items are returned within 14 days of receipt, and include proof of purchase. The item must be in the same condition as received by you. Each item is personally inspected to ensure that it is in perfect condition prior to dispatching, and packaged accordingly. All refunds are made via the same payment method. Shipping and credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our behalf (e.g. shipment of incorrect item). If the goods are lost in transit we cannot be held liable and therefore recommend you send all returns by insured Registered Post.
